What is Business Coaching?
Business coaching is a structured and goal-oriented collaboration where we work together on both strategy and mindset. My job is to help you find them, clarify them, and put them into action.
In terms of methodology, I work with the Solid Business Coaching model – a method aligned with the standards of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) – where I am soon to be certified. That means you can feel confident in the structure, ethics, and results.
