Jag heter Pia och har levt entreprenörskap i 30 år – byggt företag, lett team, mött stormar, tagit stora beslut. Jag har kappseglat över Atlanten solo, lett expeditioner till Grönland och Antarktis, och väglett både mig själv och andra genom okänd mark.

How Does It Work?
1. First Contact – Completely Free of Obligation
You send an email or book a short introductory call. We talk for 20–30 minutes about you, your situation, and what kind of support you're looking for. You get a chance to feel whether I’m the right person for you.
2. A Proposal Based on Your Needs
After our conversation, I suggest an arrangement that suits you – it might be a single session, a short coaching package, or a longer collaboration. Everything is tailored to where you are right now.
3. We Begin – At Your Pace
We meet digitally (or in person, if possible) and work concretely on your topics. Between sessions, you may receive reflection exercises, support materials, or follow-up – depending on your needs.
4. You Own the Process – I Guide with Presence and Experience
Coaching isn’t about giving answers – it’s about helping you find your own. I ask questions that help you see more clearly, think more deeply, and act more consciously.
With my background in entrepreneurship, neuroscience, leadership, and inner development, I quickly pick up on what often lies beneath the surface – the things that truly influence your decisions, direction, and leadership style.
